1. Ownership of Goods and Materials
All goods and materials supplied by Van-Sign Limited remain the sole property of Van-Sign Limited until payment has been received in full. Ownership will not pass to the customer until the invoice has been settled in its entirety, regardless of whether the goods have been delivered or installed.
2. Payment Terms
- All invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated on the invoice.
- Late payments may result in additional charges and/or legal recovery actions.
- Van-Sign Limited reserves the right to withhold delivery or installation of goods until payment is received.
3. Logos and Branding Artwork
- All logos, branding, and artwork must be supplied in outlined PDF format unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.
- If logos or branding are not provided in the required format, a fee may be charged for redrawing or recreating the artwork to ensure suitability for production.
- Van-Sign Limited is not responsible for delays caused by unsuitable artwork or missing files.
4. Design Approval
- A digital proof will be provided for customer approval prior to production.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check all spellings, logos, layout, and sizing.
- Once approval is given, Van-Sign Limited accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions.
5. Returns and Refunds
- As most goods are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is faulty or not as described.
- Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
6. Limitation of Liability
Van-Sign Limited will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products, services, or the website.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and images created by Van-Sign Limited remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Modifications to Terms
Van-Sign Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this Site. Continued use of the Site or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
